1) Tell us a little bit about yourself – including something we may not know about you, your favorite thing to do on island, and any goals you may have for 2023.
- I am a year 12 student at St-Ignatius that studies accounting. My favorite things to do are hang out with friends and doing CrossFit. My goals for 2023 is to be able to be able to do doubleunders consistently.

- When I see deadlifts in a workout.
3) When you see _____ in a workout, you think, “Ugh these are so hard!”
- When I see running in a workout I think this is so hard.
4) What have you learned about yourself since joining our 7 Mile family?
- I have learned that I have the ability to persevere through hard things.
5) If you could write your own WOD, what would it look like?
- It would have majority weightlifting and a 200m run
6) Who is your favorite sports hero?
- I would say Lionel Messi because of what he has accomplished with what he had originally, and he never gave up.
7) Something you’re interested in pursuing as a career? Or is that too far away still? 😉
- Accounting but I am not 100% sure on it.
8) Tell us a little bit about how you got started with us and what keeps you motivated to keep coming back.
- I wanted to start gymming but I wanted a good base and a little more help and guidance at first. I keep coming back because I feel good after it.
9) Anything on your bucket list?
- Travel Europe
10) What is the best part of your day?
- Getting home after a workout and having a shower.
11) Favorite music to listen to?
- I like hip hop
12) Would you recommend 7 Mile Strength & Fitness to others and if so, why?
- Yes, the people and environment are really good, also the help and assistance is great to help beginners.
