All the coaches have an astounding breadth of knowledge and experience so you never feel unsafe or out of your depth. During the Covid-19 crisis they have stepped everything up even further (if that was even possible) by providing regular Zoom workouts and PTs as well as special extra classes; yoga, ROMWOD and pilates. More than that, they’ve actively been organising Zoom social events as well as checking in regularly with all clients on a personal level to make sure that we’re not overwhelmed with the current situation.
My Coach for Life, Meredith, lives up to her title every day and has become so much more than a coach to me. She is the most supportive friend, checking in regularly and giving advice, setting me special exercises to do outside of class time and telling cheesy jokes!
