Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I’m a mum of 3 who is constantly tired but determined to get back in shape and be healthy.
What made you decide to give 7 Mile Strength & Fitness a try and what has kept you going?
I wanted something fun, different, and challenging. Everyone is so friendly, I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else and I wouldn’t have gotten the support you guys have given me after having the twins from anywhere else.
How have you been after having twin babies? How are you juggling mom life and trying to continue working on your fitness?? BIG kudos to you!!!
Determination and the support from the 7 Mile Team are playing a huge part in me regaining my fitness.
You have been with us for a while now. What was the hardest part when you started out and how did you overcome that?
When starting at 7 Mile, I found the moves and terminology daunting but the team helped me learn the moves.
What is your favorite movement?
Squats.
What is your least favorite movement?
Cleans.
What have you learned since joining our 7 Mile family?
I am stronger than I think and all I needed was a good team of trainers and encouragement to show me that I can actually do it!
What’s something we might not know about you?
I’m an open book!
Anything crazy on your bucket list? (bungee jumping, sky diving, hiking?)
When I was 21 years old I did all the traveling and sky diving. There’s a few places I’d like to go now, one of which is New Orleans.
Favourite song?
‘Thinking Out Loud’ by Ed Sheeran and that Friday song!
If you could write your own workout, what would it look like?
Abs and ass – who doesn’t want good abs and ass??!
Would you recommend 7 Mile Strength & Fitness to others and if so, why?
I do recommend 7 Mile. It’s just a big family and everyone is so friendly when you come in.
Thanks Helen, we are proud to have you as our March 7 Miler.
