Nutrition
As part of the on-boarding process you will work with our in-house nutrition specialist for the first 3 months of your membership. You will learn about portion controls and setting realistic eating habits that are sustainable and fit your lifestyle.

Running Programs
We offer 3 popular running programs year starting with our 10 week Couch to 5k program and Couch to 10k program aimed at helping beginners run their first 5k or 10k or intermediate and advanced runners improve their previous times. For participants that can already run a 5k or 10k we hold our annual, 4 month long, marathon training program from August through December. Our running programs include one on one personal training and group strength training components.

Kids and Teens Fitness
Our kids and teen program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically functional fitness – fun and safe for your children and teenagers. The skills addressed expand to include foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades 3-12. Kids and teens sessions are held in 10 week blocks three times per year.

We love to work with companies to incorporate company wide employee wellness plans. Our corporate wellness program is habits based and doesn’t just focus on fitness and nutrition. The 7 Mile Corporate Wellness programs encompass the 8 components of wellness;

We love visitors! If you are a current gym member looking to RX your visit to Grand Cayman you have come to the right place. We welcome all current members from other affiliates around the world. If you are not currently a member at a recognized affiliate in your home town, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate your request. We will only accommodate current members of a recognized affiliate.
